Try making a chunky salad - cut up some carrots, celery, peppers, cucumber, cherry tomatoes and taking a tub of dip, hummous etc so it's healthy but a bit more filling.

If you are feeling pressure or tightenings at the top of your uterus these are probably Braxton Hicks (practice contractions) and you can get these anytime from the middle to end of your pregnancy.
Women experience these differently - some feel them really strongly and some women get them but don't really feel them. They help your body to get ready for labour but it doesn't necessarily mean that labour is going to start. I felt them a lot right at the end of both my pregnancies but I never went into natural labour by myself.
Braxton Hicks contractions don't really have a pattern to them. Real labour contractions are stronger, more frequent and develop into a more predictable pattern.
