I guarantee the following exercise will work, regardless of your physical condition:
HEARTBURN RELIEF EXERCISE
Stand or sit upright with the body relaxed. Inhale deeply through the left nostril, while holding the right nostril closed. When your 'in' breath is complete hold both nostrils closed.
Moisten your lips with your tongue and pucker up your lips, as though you were going to be kissed. Now begin to blow the breath through your lips creating a 'e-e-e-e-e' sound. As you are exhaling pull your abdomen up.Repeat several times until you have controlled your stomach pains.

It is the larva ( not the developed moth ) that damages ( by eating ) any natural fibre ( wool, cotton, etc. )in clothes, curtains, carpets etc. - The moths lay their eggs in the late summer.
IF CLOTHES are contaminated, brush off larva ( check in folds and pockets ), wash well and dust with Epsom Salts - Or use moth balls ( and seal in plastic bags [ for storage. ])
WITH CARPETS, put a damp rag on larva hole(s) and iron ( the steam will kill them.)

In the early 18th century, the term was in nautical use denoting an area in the aft lower deck of a 'man-of-war' where wounded were taken. The word later came to mean 'the pit' or 'well' in a sailing yacht from which it was steered.
Hence the place housing the controls of other vehicles.

I think the five people who have answered this question are overlooking the fact that those who have faith and belief are asking to be supported by prayer immediately before an examination and they are hoping to to granted sufficient confidence in their ability to pass the exam and for relief from any anxiety they may have. And this cocktail will carry them through.
Of course one has to know the subjects(s)thoroughly before sitting the exam, it's silly to pretend otherwise - but people CAN have a "brain block" you know!
If you have a "brain block" why not pray?
To anyone out there with an important examination coming up - GOOD LUCK AND I HOPE YOU PASS WITH FLYING COLOURS!

The secret of good health is so obvious and simple that prevailing cynicism rejects it.
The 'secret'if you can call it a secret, is deep breathing. The simplest method is to inhale to the count of 4(four)heartbeats hold to the count of 4, and exhale to the count of 4(four)heartbeats.
Carry on with this regimen, and at the same time think about the happy times in one's life AND THINK YOURSELF WELL- EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT!
There is such a thing as 'mental poisoning', which we all have to a greater or lesser degree and the ridiculously simple method I outline above will go a considerable way to alleviating many of our health problems.
