I've been blacklisted once but have never and probably will never blacklist anyone on this site - i just don't see the point of excluding someone from answering questions on a website that is about answering questions.

they are all good answers above, all i can add is to get a good solicitor who specializes in family law, stay in frequent contact with police, social services and any other involved parties, ask their advice and follow it. YOU MUST PLAY BY THE RULES or as stated above this could count against you. finally remember you will be your boys father for as long as you and they live don't let a horrible few weeks spoil that lifelong bond, keep in mind what is important and what is best for your sons, it will be hard but that means making peace with their mother once this has blown over as the best parents are united parents. i wish you strength and luck

there is no regulation concerning the positian of socket outlets in kitchens regarding sinks/water. the arrangment in the picture is not ideal but is within regulations.
