It is not that difficult to make sushi, as long as you have all the ingredients and “tools” (such as makisu, a bamboo-rolling mat), which might not be that easy to get outside Japan. From the ingredients, you need nori (seaweed), cooked rice (preferably soft and sticky and not salty), and whatever you want to put in the middle (crab meat, tuna, other kinds of fish, avocado, cucumber, etc). After placing a sheet of nori over the makisu, spread rice over it (thinly, so that you can see through it), place your desired filling in the middle in a strip and roll the sushi using the makisu. Press firmly in the end for the sushi to form.
You can find plenty of different recipes for different kinds of sushi, try some of the links below.

Among the G8 countries, France has the highest total fertility rate (in terms of the average number of children each woman gives birth to) and it is generally attributed to generous child benefits in France. These are progressive, which means that woman receives a greater amount of money for each new child she gives birth to (i.e. child support for the third child is larger than for the second child).
Judging from the example of France, the solution could be greater incentives from the state to motivate the women to have children (and not worry about whether they'll have enough money to bring them up).

Several studies have tested why certain men are considered more "masculine" and it has been shown that features rated as masculine (such as square jaws) are a result of high testosterone levels. However, testosterone suppressed the immune system, so men with high level of testosterone (the rough-looking guys) are more vulnerable to infection.
So some women might have a natural preference for guys who will live longer (with lower level of testosterone), while others (most of them perhaps) are more attracted to the rough guys they are more likely to ahve children with.

The Japanese have three alphabets: two phonetic ones (hiragana and katakana, which both have 71 syllables) and kanji (the chinese characters).
Most japanese have english keyboards and they type in the word phonetically, the computer giving them options on which kanji combination could be used for that set of sounds. So let's say for the word Japan, you type in "nihon" (n, i, h, o, n) and the computer gives you a few options, the top one usually being the right one, 日本, so you just hit space (or select a different option with arrows and then hit enter). In fact, anyone can install it on their computer, so you can play around with it if you want.

You just need to add "Japanese" in Control_Panel/Regional_and_Language_Options/Languages/Details/Add. If "Japanese" is not an option, you need to install "Global IME (Japanese)", which you can find somewhere online. More info at http://www.msu.edu/~bellbri2/ime.html
