Hi, sorry to hear you're not sleeping. I was having the same problems as you and tried herbal remedies etc. The only thing that worked for me and it was amazing, was Hypnotherapy. I had three sessions with a professional Hypnotherapist and then learnt to self Hypnotise. It was so brilliant and now I sleep like the proverbial baby! Definately worth a try. good luck ZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz!!

Don't know if this is any use but in Person Centred Counselling the main concept is respecting the persons autonomy (self governing) That would mean allowing them to make their own choices (and being responsable for the consequences of those choices)Showing them respect and acceptance and if you are the facilitator, you demonstrate congruence (being genuine, transparent, real)If you relate this to your question then I guess it would mean helping the client to make their own choices, respecting their choices/decisions and not judging them for these choices. Hope this helps and good luck!
