Check the specs of the games you want to play first. Check the specs and the requirements that the video needs to run on your machine. Check whats compatible with your pc as there can be some issues with adding new video cards especially if you have an onboard grahics card.
Graphics cards come in differe types
pci-express - only new pcs
pci
AGP
onboard - built into the system board may not beable to be removed but possibly disabled.
One thing to note is the power requirements of the grahic cards and the power of your power supply unit.
I once purchased a card which needed more power than what my psu supplied so it would not function, I would have needed to upgrade the psu as well.

If you are running xp follow these instructions
click>start>control panel> switch to classic view>regional and language settings>languages tab>details>
Here you should check the default input language this should be english (united kingdom).
Also under installed services. Check for an english (united kingdom) keyboard. If not there click add to add it.
Remove any US ones installed.
You may need to restart you computer after this for the changes to take effect, though sometimes you do not need to.

David Cameron.
He prompted green transport by cycling
yet he had his chauffeur driven car travel behind he with his shoes and other belongings. It would have been better if he took the bus and left the car at home.
