I think there should be a distinction made between mildly inebriated and totally out of the stratosphere DRUNK. The mildly inebriated should be given food, and the ones who are going to puke anyway should be left out in the rain to do so.

If you follow the principles of rounding up, then reduce the "recurring" to say, 4 decimal points, then 0.9999 rounded up comes to 1. This is because when you round to the nearest number, if the number is over 5, you round up. 9 rounded up is 10, and recurringly rounded up would be 1.0 (I think).

At the very least, if something happens, his insurance is Null and Void because of his Blood Alcohol reading.

this is assuming he HAS a blood/alcohol reading and so on.
