Having worked in a music store that imported CD's from Japan as well as the US and others, The Possibility may be that they pay a fair bit more for their CD's and LP's(How Quaint) than anywhere else in the world because the Japanese use 100% Virgin(NEW)vinyl to press their CD's and LP's(if they still make them) wherever everywhere else uses less expensive recycled rubbish . At the time i bought a lot of cd's in the 90's a Japanese LP cost as much as a UK CD(and sounded far superior) and a Japanese CD was nearly twice the price of the same UK one.

Some things are better said in person for example, would you like fired by text, stood up by text. On the whole i think it is ok to text or e-mail people about happy events e.g. a birth, engagement, big win at bingo say, you get the idea but not something that is going to really hurt someone's feelings. IMHO

It was once said that the greatest swordsman in France would not fear the second greatest swordsman in France but would however fear a less celebrated and therefore lesser swordsman, Reason being his unpredictability, the second greatest swordsman would have been more predictable in his actions, attacks etc. So following this line of thinking maybe the Irish team just played unpredictably and caught out the Aussies. or another way of looking at it could be that underdogs try much Harder to win as has been shown in various sports all across the world for long enough. A few examples in Scottish football Celtic Humped by invernesss caley thistle 7-1, Rangers humped by Airdrie 2-10.

I don't think this is possible(Correct me if i am wrong anybody) but what you would generally do is RIP the songs from the CD to a computer(PC or MAC) as mp3 files and then transfer them to your mp3 player using either DRAG N DROP or the MP3 players software.

Seem to remember a piece in a national newspaper in the last week or so which stated about 2 years 6 months and 5 days. Not the exact figures as it's off the top of my head but that's about right. In reality for myself and my significant other it was a fair bit less i reckon. less than half that.
