I use a zester so I get some peel for the texture but some unpeeled to minimise the bitter taste.
If eating the peel I suggest all IQers wash the cucumber first.
I also swear a round slice of cucumber is not as nice as a stick! Maybe because it is easier to dunk the stick in hummus.

That is far too broad a question!
It depends so much on the age of the child, its understanding, family situation, school situation etc etc.
But some possibilities are:-
CBT - cognitive behaviour therapy. To help (an able child) understand the triggers for misbehaviour and switch them off.
Shaping - change the challanging behaviour a bit at a time, eg, can still leave the chair but must stay in the room, then change that so as well as staying in the room must stay withing 3 desks of original place etc.
Counselling - ADHD children are often anxious and their behaviour is more controlled when other areas are also in control.
Drugs - recommend drug treatment though a psychiatrist or doctor will need to prescribe.
Family therapy - helping the whole family deal with the situation so it escalates less and parents can cope more.
Education - reports to schools etc so teachers can understand it is not "naughtiness" and get the child extra help if necessary.

A bit more info would have helped, but you will need to cover the disaability issues re deaf people can't easily sccess spoken word, the need to face them so lips are seen etc. Blind people can't access written communication or usual e-mails on which all business now depends so need for software that can use spoken voice to read computer etc, and visually impaired need large print. Then there is dyslexia to condider, and that some people have english as a 2nd language so figures of speech and acronyms and abbreviations should be avoided.
No one method suits everyone if you are seeking to improve diversity and minimise discrimination, you need to be prepared to communicate in several ways depending on recipients.

Thay constrict, vasoconstriction, when the body is exposed to cold to minimise heat loss through the skin.
Conversely they vasodilate (get biggger) when the body is hot or the outside temperature is high to maximise heat loss via the skin's surface.

You will need to ask the pension fund if your father had a named beneficiary of his pension and/or lump sum. This will be taken into account in parrallel with his will, as it is a statement of wish only. So make sure the executor knows about it.
If there is no will you need a solicitor really to sort out what goes where as there are specific rules for who gets what, starting with wife getting half etc. If you are the only surviving relative you will get it but the solicitor will put a notice in a paper asking for relatives so ou can inherit it all. Or you can take out an insurance policy against other beneficiaries showing u after you've spent it!
