usually it tells you which parts of the software cannot be uninstalled so these can be deleted manually

it all depends what you are planning to use the printer for to what type of printer would be best suited to your needs for example if tou only print a few copies and want a medium quality print an inkjet will be fine however if you are the type that likes to print reams then maybe a laser would be mor well suited (at first glimpse the inks look expensiv but they last a lot longer than an inkjet cartrige)
