well depending on how bad the burn is.and if its a hot burn or a chemical burn.
if its a burn from fire or something hot u should put ontmint on it.
if its really bad put something cool on it and take them to the hospital.if the burn has bumps fild with white or clear fluid dont pop them let a doctor dicide what to do with them.
if its a chemical burn rince it with water and take them to the hospital.

well if the gun works under water,the bullet will most likely fall apart, but depending on the F.P.S of the gun (feet per second) in the air.
