Shred everything with your name and address on it. Certainly complain to the council about the way your refuse is handled once it has left your property. If possible take photos.

I am sure that if someone is found guilty of being overpaid by 40K whilst working a custodial sentence awaits them (if there is space). If they are lucky enough to be sent to jail and enjoy the luxuries which await them I feel that the person concerned will not be too worried about any possessions he/she may have because as soon as they are out and about they will continue to do the same again as I've mentioned before, currently prison is not a deterrant, simply a holiday inbetween situations.

Anyway its all a big PR stunt for him to phone people who have written to him and you can be rest assured it will be recorded and nicely edited when he calls someone who has written to him saying he is doing a great job under difficult circumstances. I wrote to him two weeks ago and I guarantee he'll not be calling me at any time of the day after what I said to him about his current policies and proposals. Hoselock make a fitting which is rubber to be fixed to the nosell of your tap, the difference with this fitting compared to normal fittings which use a jubilee connection, this fitting has a strap which goes around the back of the tap, hope this helps.
