you'll need to access your router. do you know your ip address of your router? its probably something 192.168.0.1 or something like that.
once you have signed into your router admin control panel your SSID will probably be under your wireless settings.

SSID stands for Service Set Identifier.

or if you just want to know the name of your SSID then get hold of a laptop with WiFi enabled and search for your network and see what comes up.

the short answer is YES! even copying an pasting from a web-site you are breaking copy write laws. hence the reason most web-sites hence the copy write symbol in the footer.

that's a difficult one. would need more information. when you say bending do you really mean breaking?
we live in a free democratic society, where we are free to voice our opinions and campaign against laws which we feel are unfair or simply not working.
is there not a way of achieving what you want within the law?
