Does London, England, currently have any laws against stationary vehicles idling for long periods of time?
How can one go about reporting vehicles that are idling for long periods?

| Neko2 answers: You are an American, aren't you? Americans are the only people who specify that London is in England.
One of the funniest and most irritating thing I ever heard was from an American. I was just starting out on the walk up the Lost Valley in Glencoe, when I heard an American accent from the layby that sits under the 3 sisters. It proclaimed, "Oh my God , I heard a lamb bleat!"
What do you expect to hear in Glencoe? The thundering hooves of wildebeasts? The roar of the Bengal tiger? The ...whatever the noise that penguins make is... of a penguin?
Anyway, back to the question.
I haven't the foggiest idea. Sorry. 3 years ago / reply
