Yeah, a bit. Not a lover of it normally but enjoy the occasional jambon et moutard sarnie. Like to cook with it, honey and dijon mustard chicken (still like my honey) and I quite like wholegrain from time to time
Urghhh! A great way to spoil a Quarter Pouder with Cheese! Thankfully, they put it on with the onions and gherkin, so there's only one load of stuff to scrape off with an overcooked French Fry!
Really not a mustard fan, but I do love my tomato ketchup and brown sauce!
Mustard is good in the right places - burgers, ham sandwiches, on the side of a plate of roast beef. I'm not a huge fan of English mustard, favouring Dijon for its cooler flavour.
I like English for flavour, and as a flavour enhancer for other dishes. Wholegrain mustard has it's uses but I find Dijon and French are a bit less punchy than English, although sometimes the lack of burn isn't a bad thing.
My uvva arf is an English mustard fan without doubt.
A good hand made sausage or nice piece of beef or steak is good with it.
What we hate though, is that sweet, horrid, additive-ridden American squirty hotdog rubbish. EWWWW!!
I don't like it as such, but it has it's uses like in some cream soups and it help with sigestion if used in cheese sauces. So if it useful in a dish and I can't taste it I will use it.
Yummy - the cheap yellow stuff on hotdogs, or a little Coleman's powdered mustard in with a cheese sauce mix - excellent over macaroni and grilled cheese...
