My firsdt instinct is no, but you never know having kids can change a man and at the moment he does seem the more stable option, personally although I'm not a fan of either party I agree and think that awarding custody to either party is going to have repurcussions and a grand parent may have been a better option,however I do feel extremely sorry for Britney-but she did cause it herself and could have prevented it. Its a shame.

He is the lesser of two evils it seems at the moment and I believe that he is part of the cause of these sudden relevations about Britney. He has claimed seeing her taking drugs and behaving strangely but did he not consider getting HIS children out from that kind of enviroment. The logical thing would have been to give to the grandparents but this could have been immensely destablising to the children to not only being taken away from their mother but also from their father too. This at least leaves the children with some semblence of normality bearing in mind they are being bought up in Laa Laa land where nothing is always quite what and how it seems.

Neither of them should be looking after them in my opinion, she's totally lost the plot and he seems to of just used the kids to get to her money.

I feel sorry for her and I think that she should stop drinking get a life and then they shold stay with her but for the moment they should be with k-fed's mum.

Britney's family seem to be backing him all the way... so he must have some form of parental skills. I believe they have shown their concern for their daughters mental health with the detox attempt.

Although there have been many stories within the press regarding K-Fed's womanising there's been little to say he was an unresponsable Father. I'm sure we would have heard the stories by now & believe it to be in the best interest of the children to be placed with one of their parents even if it feels as if it's the lesser of two evils.
