This most suggestive sweetmeat comes in a multitude of varieties. I love Chorizo, but what's your favourite?

It was Kielbasa or Milano Salami if you want to class that as a sausage, but now I'm soya crazy so I can grow breasts and dispense with women.

I just like traditional English sausages with meat in them. Not meat and extenders like breadcrumbs. In the supermarkets, even the "best" suasages are about 70 to 80% meat. Our local butcher (farm shop) used to sell sausages that were 100% meat (just a little seasoning added) but they have moved away to Cambridge. I annoy my wife by going off in small country towns looking to see if the butchers has decent sausages or driving off the beaten track following farm shop signs to buy sausages but it's short lived joy when they are hundreds of niles from home!.

Mmmmmmm....venison sausages from our local farm shop. no padding or filler - just meat and seasoning. Yum yum.

Where I used to live in Beckenham, there was a dedicated cheese and sausage shop. They sold all kinds of varieties of sausage, all with a minimum 95% meat content. Indian spice ones were *really* nice!

Chorizo and Kabanos are good munching sossies, however for a fry up there's a variety of lovelies that can be had:
pork & leek
venison & red wine (especially good, that one)
pork & beef
lamb & mint
cumberland coils

Mostly I find them all rather scrummy unless they've got fruit in them.

Welsh Dragon sausages.
They got into trouble in 2006 from the Trading Standards Institute as the name of the sausage was misleading. Didn't make any difference though, you can still buy these great sausages all over Wales.

Butchers still label them as Welsh Dragon sausages.
