I use facebook to talk to my friends in Australia and other parts of the world mainly, i have joined a few goups aswell though.

I have a facebook account but don't often go in but now they have an instant chat function there I might be more willing to use it. Lycos messaging system is slow and Tracie and I have a lot to cram in of an evening.

I have had a look at it but didnt find it very interesting.

this kinda thing has been asked before, you might find other answers if you look it up. i have a facebook, but i don't use it that often. i don't really like the apps. i have a bebo (which has also, annoyingly, introduced apps) and i much prefer it over myspace.

i use bebo to store and to show to peolple my artwork. it's all i use it for really. if i want to talk to people i just use msn/yahoo/aim messengers. i'm not very sociable, although i'm better than i used to be, so my social network isn't huge. it's mostly my friends from lycos iq.

I have been invited to various sites like this and never entertained them. I just find them a little sinister for some reason. If I want to confide in someone I would use my admittedly small circle of friends.

I use facebook to keep in touch with friends from previous places I've lived; because I am working with youth and they tend to use facebook in preference even to texting; cos it's a really good way of sending a brief message to folk, especially to encourage them when they are finding life hard. I also like the photos folk upload tho don't use that myself much yet.
