I was into The Six-million Dollar Man too.

TV had barely been invented when I was a child!!!!
Not many people had one - we certainly didn't.
But my favourite Sci Fi on the radio was Journey into Space.

As a young kid I used to hide behind the sofa during doctor who, I know it's a steryotype, but in my case very true.

When I was a bit older, I used to like Buck Rogers, mainly because Erin Gray looked so good in spandex as Colonel Wilma Deering!

As a child I loved Space 1999, I also liked Cpt Scarlet, Joe 90, Thunderbirds, Lost In Space but my all time favorite has to be

Star Trek -

in all it's incarnations - from TOS through The Next Generation, Deep Space 9, Voyager and now Enterprise.

I also have fond memories of a programme with the title UFO and full of silly acronyms like SHADO Supreme Headquarters Allied Defence Organisation - scary!!!

Oh definately the Hitchkiers guide to the Galaxy, very strange and quite mind altering when you are only very young but it is just a classic.

Definetly the first series of Star trek. I've watched them again recently and the acting is great compared with the "Soap/space opera" standards that later the series evolved into.

Doctor Who gave me nightmares! Well scary for kids!

Most of them - UFO, Space1999, Star Trek (Kirk and Picard - can't stand the other spinoffs), Thunderbirds, etc.

I'm still a big fan of The Prisoner, but was too young to see it first time around. Had to wait until they repeated it.

I couldn't stand the REALLY cheesy ones like Buck Rogers, Knight Rider.

Six million dollar man was OK, but not the flimsy attempt at sexual equality in six million dollar woman. And that daft bionic dog!
