Is it possible to drop a dress size in 3 weeks?
Title says it all really but the explanation is that I've been invited to a wedding in 3 weeks time and would love to slim down abit before it comes around.
So basically, is it possible to drop a dress size in 3 weeks and if so does anyone have any pointers or tips for me?

Thanks in advance.

As recommended by tracieboo I'm going to give the Special K diet a go, started today (its harder than I thought! haha) but its quite vague on how much I'll lose. So if anyone else does have anymore suggestions then they'll be greatly received! Thanks again.

Yes, it's possible, if you follow the special k diet, they claim you can drop a dress size in two weeks!

cut out all alcohol and any treats, do a little bit of exercise, walking instead of driving or getting the bus and you should do it no problem.

Just had another thought...you could try slimming tea (from health food shop)
it does work, but be warned you might need the loo a bit more than usual!!

theres no reason it shouldnt be. but do it sensibly. Theres no point starving and making your self i'll. You would notice a big difference just by cutting out sugary drinks and alcohol and nipping to the gym for an hour a couple of times a week. A couple of years ago i became obsessed with wieght and loss fell way below 8 stone, i started to fear food and so i know just how bad the dieting bug can catch you. My advice would be to cut right back on saturated fats and sugary foods, be active then you might just upstage the bride.

Weight Watchers was never for me I'm afraid. I used to be a size 22. Now I'm feeling a little over-stuffed ( having dieted, then gotten very ill and dropped to a size eight like a stone) and I'm more than a little annoyed at myself, but I have no-one but myself to blame.

If you don't fancy the group thing at Weight Watchers, ask a friend with whom you are very close to monitor your weight loss, and to mentor you. It's all the encouragement I needed. There was no way I ever wanted to feel that I was letting her down. So I suck with the diet.
