Why would the ability to make rational decisions and thinking be absent from a person?
Without having any kind of condition such as Austism Spectrum etc.

| CGA answers: I was thinking more generally than Hiheels. To me the brain, although it functions differently, is like a muscle. Unless you exercise it then it seizes up. If children are never encouraged to think for themselves and make decisions then they will not know how in later life. 3 years ago / reply
