Going by your tags it's to do with internet connectivity and your SSID number will be on a sticker on the bottom of your wireless router.

you'll need to access your router. do you know your ip address of your router? its probably something 192.168.0.1 or something like that.
once you have signed into your router admin control panel your SSID will probably be under your wireless settings.

SSID stands for Service Set Identifier.

or if you just want to know the name of your SSID then get hold of a laptop with WiFi enabled and search for your network and see what comes up.
