What statistical test would I need to do on a questionnaire
With a likert scale ( 1, strongly disagree etc ect) which measured motivational factors of volunteers, full-time workers and part-time workers; all answering the same questionnaire.

I make it a two-way Anova test, but I'm not sure! Haven't used SPSS in a long time.
asked in mathmatics, statistics, SPSS

Just a couple of suggestions:
You could use anova to detect any significanr differences between the groups of workers.
You might also consider a Chi Squared test if you wish to see whether the observed frequency of responses within the groups differed from an expected frequency. Your expected frequency might be that within each group the distribution between the response categories would be the equal.
