Is a contract legally binding if one of the parties signs it but does NOT date the signature ?
asked in law

| rasputin1309 answers: yes absolutely - date of signature is not imperative - what is needed is offer, acceptance, consideration, intention to create legal relations and something else which I forget but it definitely is not "date".
It may well be that the conditions of that particular contract requires a date, (so check that contract) but that is not a general principle of contract law. 3 years ago / reply
