Was it Nestle's themselves who insisted on the pronunciation changing to Nestlay and, if so, why were Milky Bars advertised as Nestle's in the first place?

| Topaz2308 answers: They did in a roundabout way as everywhere else apart from the UK they were known as 'nesal' as in the English verb to nestle but in all the other French speaking Switzerland it was 'nesle" so with advertising they changed our way of thinking to bring the brand into line with what other countries already recognised.
