Ancestry, is it possible to trace back a Birman`s Cat Ancestry parents like humans can?
The Birmans were almost wiped out in World war 2, there was only 2 breeding pairs left. I ws wondering if we can trace our ancestry back hundreds of years, why not Pedigree cats or dogs? Photo is of my Red colour point Birman. asked in ancestry, cats, dogs |

 | jacquesdor answers: ´Since it is a pedigree cat, did you get his papers when you got him? That usually gives parents and grandparents at least.
